We didn't set out to run a grooming business. We set out to change how dogs experience grooming — and how their owners feel about it.
How It Began
Born from a Belief That Dogs Deserve Better
Pawsh was founded in 2017 by lead groomer and dog behaviourist Emma Clarke, after years watching anxious dogs dragged through noisy, overwhelming salon environments. Emma believed the problem wasn't grooming itself — it was the experience surrounding it.
She designed a mobile studio where each dog receives one-on-one, unhurried attention in a calm, private space. No waiting kennels. No other animals. Just your dog and a groomer who genuinely cares.
Eight years later, Pawsh has grown to a team of four certified groomers, has groomed over 2,400 dogs across Sydney, and holds a 4.9-star average across all reviews. But our philosophy hasn't changed: every dog deserves to feel safe, respected, and beautiful.
